Take a look at the current workflow; Sometime ago, we tweaked the workflow of one of our departments a bit and that singular action led to a 20% improvement in hematology results. what did we do? simply eliminate existing blocks and re-align other benches for ease. 2. It also helps to set up SPRINT where a select team are tasked with monitoring the daily TAT of various units of the lab and following up to ensure they are met.

Gérer le temps avec différents tests n'est pas facile. Par contre, lorsque le travail devient une routine, on trouve toujours de solution pour avoir des résultats à temps. D'une part, il faut connaître tout les tâches de la journée, les séparer selon la méthode d'analyse. Ensuite, on utilise de chronomètre. Cette petite outil nous permet de faire autre chose en attendant un test qui demande de temps de pause. La plus part de grand matériel aussi a une alarme qui nous signale lorsque la lecture est terminée. En fin, il faut toujours bien gérer le temps parce qu'il y a assez souvent des analyses d'urgence qui demande d'être traitée avant tout.
