Initial study: I invest time at the beginning of the project to define the path to follow. File format compatibility: I use common file formats like fbx, gltf, or dwg to avoid conversion issues. Automation with existing scripts: I use scripts to automate and speed up development and conversion between software, which saves time and minimizes errors. Communities: I participate in communities to exchange ideas and find more efficient ways to work.

What I have been practicing more and more in my 3D modeling work are parametric workflows, where I can take a step back and think about the project as a whole, considering its variables and possible evolutions. After that, I begin preparing what is known as procedural or parametric design, setting up the 3D model so that it can evolve alongside the Design Thinking process. This approach puts the 3D Designer in control and enables rapid iterations with the team.

I feel first and foremost thing you should do is try to have plugins of your different softwares if possible and integrate it with your main software(Rhino, Blender, or SolidWorks) If it's not possible to have plugins then I feel organizing your files in one folder and making a consistent work flow is important, where the switch between software is almost consistent everytime you work on the new file.

Conocer los procesos del modelado y su función conlleva recurrir a distintos softwares especializados. Por ello, tomar en cuenta los siguientes puntos es indispensable para mejorar el ritmo de trabajo: 1.-Establecer los alcances del proyecto a modelar. 2.-Conocer el funcionamiento y las herramientas que brinda cada software en particular. 3.-Prestar atención a los detalles. 4.-Automatizar todos los procesos posibles para evitar perder tiempo modelando objeto por objeto. 5.-Mantener constancia en el modelado. 6.-Aprender algo nuevo con cada proyecto. Aunque no es indispensable conocer a fondo todas las funciones de un software, aprender poco a poco permite que los trabajos se vuelvan más fluidos.

This question makes no sense: 3D modeling is simple and usually requires only one software to create 3D objects and UVs. If we use the term "3D modeling"—incorrectly—to refer to 3D production in general, then it is different, but we have to specify what industry we are talking about: cinema, games, TV? I think answering these questions blindly without precision is a disservice to those looking to learn.
