The scrum master will analyse the change impact with team and try to figure out the estimated development timeline. 3. After identifying the development cost and development time, it should be clearly notified to stakeholders before commencing any development. 4. If the development time is ephemeral and can be delivered within the sprint scope then it can given as a task to the development team otherwise it will be taken in backlog.
