I would go with a Focus group, make sure you regulate it and everyone an opportunity to say something without showing judgement, allow a healthy questioning amd responding to prompt ideas with contingency plans...its easy for onecto suggest but may not be easy to see the downside of it...some people are good at critizing so all of these makes a team and are very important when regulated well
