As a mechanical engineer, Analyze the issue, adjust machine settings, consult suppliers, involve the team, and document changes for efficient resolution.

To manage follow these steps: 1. Identify Issues: Collect data on specific problems related to the new material. 2. Collaborate: Engage cross-functional teams to analyze and brainstorm solutions. 3. Root Cause Analysis: Use techniques like the 5 Whys to identify underlying causes. 4. Adjust Processes: Modify production parameters to accommodate the new material. 5. Test and Validate: Run trials with adjusted processes and gather feedback. 6. Training: Ensure staff are trained on new procedures and materials. 7. Monitor: Continuously track production outcomes after changes. 8. Feedback Loop: Establish a mechanism for ongoing issue capture and improvements. This approach helps mitigate issues and enhance efficiency.

First of we need to anaiys that what kind of thing we need what will be fill our excellent need of demand, so we need to find drawing, quality weight, volume and dureablity of materil and hardness so after all of that kind of analys we can find and can done job. Otherwise feliure of job will be caused in production floor line.

When there issues happening only with the new material, the two reasons which can come into picture instantly is either the material is not studied properly before taking into production line or the production constraints are not taken into consideration. As the material is already in production line, the reasoning and solution must be provided at the least time possible. For this, the only way out is as follows: 1. Firstly identify the issue. 2. Check if it falls under which of the either two reasons. This will enable to approach the related stakeholder for brainstorming the possible causes. 3. Start experimenting to reach the root cause. 4. Implement solutions and keep monitoring it, for checking how effective the solution is.
