We have worked remotely for 7 years. Indeed it is true sometimes we don't understand each other, so my advice: - don't be afraid to call a person instead of writing - sometimes writing is better than calling, clear instructions - sometimes clear instructions don't work, so ensure you repeat it and check the progress - demand open feedback - demand team mates to be more proactive when it comes to them not understanding

Tricky situation. Need to find out if the misunderstanding is motivated out of someone's need to cause disruption or merely a concept that allows for multiple interpretations or definitions. My experience goes to both examples.

Listening to respond than to react is the best thing to do. Misunderstandings do happen, Space to listen again has to be encouraged among the team. Breaking a team is very easy, building requires patience and understanding. We need to act as a builder to break the Misunderstanding. I've experienced this in my works i acted as a builder and made my team to stand up from leaning to break ✨️
