It can be best managed by understanding the perspective of administrators and clinicians and getting them on the same page with open and clear dialogue and communication so that everyone is working for the betterment of patients

This is far from unusual. In my experience I have found it important to use a variety of channels to communicate clearly and effectively. In today's environment using new EHRs and other technology it has become easier for most, but one thing we hear consistently from physicians and other providers is the excessive screen time. I try to reach my team on their terms.

In healthcare management, effective communication is necessary, not just any standard of communication. Effective communication is characterised by: ▪️ two way flow ▪️ active listening ▪️ positive feedback ▪️ not stressful ▪️ not hindered by distortions or withholding It delivers better results, and I'm not saying that like a marketer. It just does. There are some situations where effective communication is simply necessary and healthcare management is one of them. If everyone in the loop knows this and values it, things will go well, God willing.
