Change - is rarely easy but in this fast-paced world those that accept and embrace change are the winners. And that is exactly where I suggest you start. You could go back over previous changes where there was disagreement and refresh their memories. I rarely see disagreement when everyone focuses on the task and the best solution and leaves egos outside the room. Your role here is to keep the focus on the project, what's best for “it” rather than “me”. Get away from the WIIFM attitude into the WIIFU - what's in it for us? It's pronounced “we few” btw because only the few will create the WIIFU habit!
