Handling interruptions in 3D modeling needs planning. Make a list of tasks and focus on one at a time. Set clear work hours and let others know you are busy. Take short breaks to stay fresh. If you lose focus, gently return to your task. Stay calm and remember your goals to finish projects on time.

My work is modeling with PDMS and during the day I may do different models of different disciplines, I do similar work with copy and edit and otherwise I do the work with a break which may be by drinking a Bring a cup of tea.

Working on many 3D projects at once can be tough! I’ve learned to tell people when I need time to focus, so they don’t interrupt me. I also find journaling and to-do lists really help me stay on track. I write down what needs to be done each day and prioritize tasks. It keeps me organized and focused, especially when I’m switching between projects
