I suggest to follow this sequence: 1- Complete your X-Matrix and detemine the most pressing issues for your business 2-Select and target 1 value stream that either support the most relevant value stream to the company for the future or the current most pressing "broken value stream" from a customer perspective 3- Educate your people on Value stream Mapping 4-Run a VSM and select the Kaizens to target, improve 5 times the same place. Then you are ready for the next 6-Repeat this process over and over, "you dont know what continuos improvement is, until you havent improve the same process 5 times" Good luck! the force be with you!
