For instance: Who is building your tests, what type of tests do you want to build? What's the QA process and does it meet with your developer's requirements? Any privacy concerns? Do you need server-side testing? If so, how does this work under the hood and does it work well with the way your devs work? Do they support "manual triggers" to count users into the test when YOU want? Eg. only count users when they scroll to a particular part of a page. There's really a lot more besides this, but you need to draw up a list of requirements and then compare.
