Here, we have a system for inputting information about incidents and accidents. We also have a program called "Intervention" where each employee is responsible for looking out for one another, If they notice any deviations, they can report them, and we manage them thereafter. Additionally, we use a tool called OPI (Observation of Incident Prevention) to monitor the routine activities of our operation.
