CONTROL your emotions.

Let me bring to your notice that this is the Era of innovation and things are changing at fast pace and I am of the opinion that the one who understands how to make profits would do it even in a sector such as Real estate demanding great capital, yet high NRR (depends on the strategy applied). I dont really believe a bit of greed coupled with the business acumen ain't that bad. But I would definitely rate one requisite for you to do well in fact earn well in Real estate investing and that is the quality and quantity of Network you possess. In addition to the above if you have good understanding of the target local market. That is the best!

Listen to your customer, first and foremost, then probe with second and third level questions to reach the customer's needs/goals. When a customer realizes you understand what they want, trust will build. Happy and satisfied customers will create a referral base.

Treat your real estate clients as the relationships they are. Not just a transaction. They can feel the difference. Time block your calendar to minimize distractions and focus on productivity. Your database is a goldmine. Categorize and optimize for a great referral business. Learn to delegate when possible and plan for down time. You really can’t do it all!

Over the years, my goals have changed as my other responsibilities have changed. It is perfectly acceptable to move forward or pull back after a careful assessment of life circumstances. As my goals adjust, so do my network and collaboration efforts, my marketing budget and who my avatar buyer or seller are to meet my goals. More specific and detailed the better! Focusing tracking and evaluating your progress is key. Find an accountability party to help ensure you are on track and doing the activities you agreed to.

A real estate coach can be a game charger and a business booster for an agent. He/she can assist with expert guidance and customized strategies to fit just you. A coach also provides the accountability you need. Regular check-ins and goal-setting keep you focused and motivated. Encountering challenges is part of the real estate game. A coach acts as your problem-solving partner, offering creative solutions and helping you navigate obstacles like a pro. A coach provides guidance and builds your confidence, turning challenges into opportunities. Choose something that is a "bonus" item that you might not ordinarily buy yourself. Maybe it's a trip, new office furniture, a luxury item, or even purchasing investment property (which might achieve 2 goals!).

Working in real estate is fun and exciting but hard to know how much progress you are making. Write down successes each day and review progress to better goals. Enjoy the little milestones you are achieving!
