By clarifying these roles, RAPID helps to prevent confusion, conflict, and delay in your decision-making process.

2 How to use RAPID?

To use RAPID effectively, it is essential to follow four steps. First, you must define the problem or opportunity by identifying the issue that requires a decision, the goal that you want to achieve, and the criteria that you will use to evaluate the options. Second, map the roles by recognizing the stakeholders who are involved or affected by the decision and assigning them one or more of the RAPID roles.
