Primeiramente é necessário ter um escopo bem definido e um alto grau de alinhamento das expectativas. Ou seja, ambas as partes e stakeholders envolvidos entenderem o objetivo do projeto. Seguindo das boas práticas para definição do cronograma, responsáveis, recursos e etc... Para fechar, o mais importante (além disso), é o acompanhamento do projeto.
