Quando nos colocamos no papel de professor é necessário que tenhamos conhecimento sobre o conteúdo proposto e suas possíveis derivações. Neste sentido, para ensinar é necessário estudar e praticar. Observar tendências de mercado e o que vem sendo compartilhado em ambientes profissionais também podem trazer valiosos insights. Torna-se interessante buscar resolver problemas reais como metodologia de ensino. Isso amplia os horizontes e auxiliar na construção do saber. De toda forma, o mais relevante de tudo é respeitar o processo e a curva de aprendizado e compartilhar suas dúvidas.

At Alcis we have held a couple of internal team building tasks that involve solving / creating a GIS solution for a made up scenario. There is a small prize for the best team that adds a little bit of healthy competition which also helps!!
