Always put your audience’s needs first. Think about how can you maximize attendance while optimizing the time you have with them. Some questions to consider: - What’s its intended reach? - Who are you targeting? - Is one session enough or will you need multiple based on time zones and or getting enough feedback? - How much time is needed? - Any partners/cross-functional stakeholders needed? If so, who? - Do you need to create any materials to support - deck, any other materials, etc.? - What information is needed?

From my experience dealing with this topic I would recommend the follow: Offer various ways to engage, such as live chat, audio, video, or written questions. Accessibility features such as screen reader compatibility, adjustable font sizes. Also Captioning and Transcripts and Accessibility support to ensure everyone has access to the information.

It’s important to assign a moderator or interpreter to facilitate communication happening outside of the speaker, and ensure that questions and responses are clear for all participants. This allows the speaker to focus and be present, and ensures the attendees receive prompt attention as well.
