Leverage sounds very self centred but reaching out to your network to find out their recommendations is a great way to grow. Ask for favourite resources, courses, books. Ask why people have recommendations. There's always someone else who has experienced it before you, or something similar. We learn from each other. It's also important not to make it a one way street. Share your favourite resources and recommendations. Comment on people's posts and collaborate together.
