La calidad de las horas invertidas siempre vale más que la cantidad. A veces no tenemos una mañana o una tarde completa para sentarnos a estudiar o trabajar en un proyecto y en consecuencia lo posponemos. Esta metodología nos lleva a pensar que no tenemos tiempo suficiente, pero la realidad es que podemos aprovechar pequeños ratos con un alto nivel de enfoque para completar tareas más cortas. Es más importante ser consistente que intentar hacer todo de golpe. En la práctica, subdividir una tarea y no abordarla como un todo reduce el stress y la frustración en general.
