Si hablamos de páginas web, la disposición de los elementos es fundamental. Los elementos principales deben ser claros o en su caso estar resaltados. Evitar elementos de mucha interacción (acordeones, pestañas, etc) salvo que esa información no impida la actuación sino que la complemente o amplíe. Los mensajes de error y de interacción mostrados al usuario deben ser claros e intuitivos. Menos es más.

La visión y el lenguaje del negocio y de las unidades internas muchas veces permea en exceso en las interfaces de usuario dificultando o haciedo más compleja la comprensión por parte del usuario final por lo que las pruebas son fundamentales.
