The single most important reason why your customer will switch to another provider is the network experience. Roughly 40% of churn relates to network experience. Price only explains 20% of the churn. If it takes more than five seconds to load a video, 50% of the users will abandon the stream. Make sure you know about it!

De mi punto de vista, toda tendencia esta pre creada en base a varias aristas en el comportamiento del consumidor. Dependiendo de esto la IA debería ser mas aplicativa e interactiva en el uso de la tecnología móvil. Esto le dará mayor competencia y retroalimentación en el avance de la tecnologia.

Uma das coisas que raramente se comenta é o investimento por parte de operadoras na infraestrutura em áreas de sombra e remotas, solucionar esse gap fará com que, digo pelo Brasil, o país avance e capilarize sua "malha" ou infra de telefonia móvel, menos entraves na concessão de instalação das antenas, por parte do governo, é crucial para que os investimentos aconteçam, a dificuldade burocrática e política, ao meu ver, são os maiores entraves do avanço da telefonia móvel, nesta áreas em particular.

Envolver todos os usuários de fato, pois não é possível que usuários de áreas remotas, como no interior, não tenham voz, ou mesmo de regiões metropolitanas que possuem áreas de sombra há anos, onde o sinal falha constantemente. Aliado a isso, incluir a opção de conveniência, velocidade e não impor apenas uma opção como normalmente se faz em áreas menos densas (leia-se não rentáveis).

É preciso estar muito atento aos detalhes do uso, somente usando e pesquisando os usuários ativos que temos a real dimensão do retorno que o serviço esta trazendo e buscar melhorar isso a cada atualização

Sem dúvida a melhor forma de inovar é abrir cada vez mais o mercado e permitir novos players, nada como uma boa concorrência para o outro se mexer. Ainda bem que, de certa forma, temos visto isso com a popularização das operadoras virtuais, ainda que usem a infra das tradicionais Teles, os preços são mais competitivos, além do serviço e suporte serem mais eficientes.

A preocupação com dados é primordial, deve estar dentro da gestão de riscos como top 1, a empresa que não oferece isso, faz com que o cliente fuja dela no primeiro relato de vazamento ou incidente confirmados.

All the previois aspects are good when building strategy in mobile tehnology area, however or as always things have dependencies. If one os building strategy for mobile network vendor it is largely differerent compared to one that needs to be built for mobile operator. Common for both areas is that mobile technology is heavily standardized and dependent of many things like frequencies, available financies etc. No answer here though.
