Para mejorarlos buscaría si la organización, los tiene identificados, con el análisis de contexto, dentro de ese análisis si se encuentran fijadas las expectativas, el grado de cumplimiento de las mismas, al menos una manera de medirlo con valores objetivos. Si esto no esta planteado, hacerlo. Por consiguiente llevar un plan de comunicación. Esto último es la clave. Para llegar al plan de comunicación, para hacer que sirva, es necesario pasar los procesos anteriores. Este plan basado siempre por este grado de cumplimiento deseado y/u objetivo.
