Interesting, WE have the HIPPA LAW which is wonderful. However, my personal experience is that in order to have the client or individuals succeed, one must confer with other Agencies. I had 2 offices, 1 at the Sheriff's and 1 at C.I.C.. What was very interesting was that the individual usually had 2 different stories. I was fortunate enough to have fantastic Directors and at meetings in the 2 different Agencies I heard both sides and saw both sides and then worked with most in the courtroom.
