En mi experiencia el sondeo en vivo es la mejor herramienta que puede tener para recopilar los comentarios, ya que lo puedes hacer en mitad de la sesión o después de cada charal, incentivando de esta forma que se cree un ambiente tranquilo y amigable para que las personas puedan ser sinceras o que puedan generar preguntas y una retroalimentación constructiva. Lo que me ha servido es utilizar un código QR para cada una de las encuestas, utilizar algo con lo cual pueda conectar a cada usuario como su nombre o si ID y posterior hacer el análisis con IA para obtener un resumen de los comentarios e incluso agrupar a los asistentes que les parecio bueno el evento y a los que no quedaron satisfechos.

Most people do not want to spend the time filling out a long feedback form, keep it short. Name, phone number and how did they enjoy the event, what can be done to improve the next one. What worked for me was having a giveaway and the only way to enter is to fill out the survey.
