Understand where the resistance is coming from. Call a meeting with those employees/stakeholders and clarify why the changes were made. Support your rationale with data and a clear outline of you decision processes. However, this should have done before the changes were made. In the future, involve employees and stakeholders early and often when making major changes. These are your teammates who will be driving the changes, therefore you need to understand the from them how they see the benefits and challenges from the changes. This will facilitate the wider team in getting behind the changes, and help garner their support on future decisions made regarding the product.

Understand them through communication & listening with empathy. 2) Be Adaptable, creative & flexible in your approach:Remember to constantly review & evaluate progress during the change process.Have the flexibility & openness to adapt at any stage to compensate & come on terms with plans v/s reality results.A flexible & creative approach helps to be successful. 3) Celebrate success & don’t forget to congratulate your team for every success, big or small.This helps keep the momentum & trust in the new vision. 4) have a feedback loop: it allows a fearless discussion between the team.
