Meaning, don’t take crap from anyone unless it’s appear you truly respect who has extraordinary empathy for your situation. Mindset is key here so that you don’t take these things personally. Don’t ever hesitate to protract your emotional safety and well-being by setting clear boundaries about what’s OK and what’s not OK, reporting the problem to the correct platform, and blocking that user.
