Confirmer que la reformulation est juste. Rien qu'avec ça, l'étudiant sera dans sa propre intropesction. Puis dire avec le "je", ce que vous en pensez. Eventuellement qu'elles pourraient être les conséquences, pour lui d'abord et pour le collectif après. S'ouvrir au maximum afin de faire comprendre à l'élève que s'il a besoin de parler vous êtes là

If the behaviour continues, if possible, it can be ignored when it doesn't disturb or affect other students. When the routine activity of the class is affected, it is essential to send the student to the department to meet the officials. After the session is over, the teacher can interact with the student to find out the reason for the 'behaviour' and offer suggestions to mend his ways. An empathetic one to one discussion with the student can certainly do wonders. Never allow the student to disrupt the class or leave you tensed. Remain firm and send a strong message to others who may have similar ideas.

Eu já fui professora de crianças, e por experiência própria posso dizer que você deve aprender a como lidar melhor com cada aluno que tem o comportamento inadequado. Ele sempre vai se interessar por algo, é no dia a dia que a gente aprende a levar. Bater de frente é o pior dos cenários.

Grâce à des outils que j'ai découvert grâce à la psychologie positive, nous pouvons partir de notre ressenti de formateur / professeur pour essayer de décrypter le besoin de l'élève se comportant mal. Croyance d'incapacité, prise de pouvoir, vengeance? En ciblant davantage son besoin je peux adapter les outils pour qu'il se reconnecte le plus rapidement possible
