This allows for smarter, data-driven decisions without the constant need to pivot. It’s about identifying enduring behaviours over fleeting trends and focusing on long-term strategies that align with the brand’s core while acting decisively when insights truly call for it.

few key pointers: RETAIL is DETAIL ! in today's scenario , one solution doesn't fits all. even data needs to be analysed in a more deeper manner, needs to be sliced n diced to the depth. (1) Consumer behaviour analytics - timely capturing | analytics is quite imp., (2) Data segmentation --integrated to --- (a) Product category, which product or SKU contributes what % (b) Market which contributes most in your sales planogram (c) what format of market is responding n how. (3) needs to be alligned with the Product features and the marketing shout around it , what worked and what didnt'. Retail behaviour , needs to be understood in depth and then has to be treated at a localised level with central ethos integrated well at the last mile.
