Crie pequenas metas por reunião para que se chegue pouco a pouco, e não espere a finalização total para apresentar algum resultado. Foque os clientes, tem cliente que tem mais possibilidade que outros, volte nos de menos possibilidade quando os outros já estiverem comprando.
