Can't exit TestSTand because of IOConfigurationFramework loading exception

Hi,

I am trying to reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please provide few details?

1. Software stack/versions

I have installed TS 2020 f1 and ASAM XIL TestStand types package (2024 Q1). Also installed NI-DCPower, created and exported a DAQmx device to TestStand.

Is there any other software that needs to be installed?

2. Steps performed before observing the issue.

Does it occur always on exit? Are there any specific steps you performed before seeing the issue?

Here is my environment:

PC: Intel Xeon Silver 4210 - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2

DOMAIN: Joined to Active Directory Domain

NI SW stack:

TS2020f1 32bit was installed after TS2020f1 64bit and LabVIEW

The error popup appears on TS2020 32bit closing. There is no way to close it but killing it in Task Manager.

It was like that right since first run after installation.
