100% of production is leak-tested
We know that recovery unit leakage is one of the key issues when designing a recovery unit. Since we test every heat exchanger for leakage and keep to the low limit specified by the Eurovent certification, you can be 100% sure that the defined limits of internal leakage have been met.
How do we test? We seal the heat exchanger from two sides and fill it with air compressed to 250 Pa. If leakage is higher than 0.5%, the measuring equipment will not print a name plate. The name plate of each heat exchanger states the leakage level at the specified pressure difference and its maximum limit – not only in m3/h but also as a percentage.
Quality input materials
Special attention is paid to selecting the best input materials. We carefully check all of our suppliers. The quality of our products is our fundamental benchmark.
Solid design and double-folding
Having a solid design contributes not only to heat exchanger tightness. It is also the reason why we are constantly improving the strength of our heat exchangers. Since 2018, we’ve been producing stronger locks. The vessel and faces are connected not only by an adhesive, whose primary purpose is to work as a sealant, but also by rivets, which increase the casing’s rigidity and strength. Rivets are recessed so as not to disrupt the smooth shape of the face.
The double-folding we use for all our sizes also has great advantages.
Automated production
Our production is distinguished by its high levels of automation. Most of our production facilities are custom designed and ensure a high processing quality. Single-purpose machinery is constantly refined with every new generation and adapted to new trends.
Continuous research & development
Since the company was founded, we’ve been cooperating with universities and science labs, and considerable emphasis goes on research and development.
Our aim is to look for new and better solutions. As a result, we don’t consider our products to be the final word: we try to improve them on every occasion, especially in relation to the development of new aluminium and plastic processing technologies.
