Description of the new feature / enhancement

The PowerToys Run plugin should respond instantly when invoked using the "Alt + Space" shortcut, even after being idle for an extended period. Currently, there is a noticeable delay (lag) before the Run window appears after it has not been used for some time. Improving its responsiveness will ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience.

Scenario when this would be used?

This issue affects productivity during workflows that rely on quick access to PowerToys Run. As a power user, I frequently use "Alt + Space" to quickly open applications, search for files, or execute commands. The delay after the tool has been idle disrupts this flow, making it less reliable and slowing down tasks that require fast execution.

Supporting information

I am using the latest version of PowerToys on Windows 11. The delay occurs consistently after the Run plugin has been idle for a while. This might be related to resource management or sleep states. A fix or optimization for responsiveness would greatly enhance the tool's usability.
