Steps to reproduce

The x64 machine-wide installer download has the wrong checksum. The download contains the arm64 user installer exe instead.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Correct checksum for PowerToysSetup-0.86.0-x64.exe

❌ Actual Behavior

Bad checksum for PowerToysSetup-0.86.0-x64.exe
