From time to time I have issue with some of the plugins. In my case, it's homebridge-broadlink-rm-pro plugin. It responds correctly, I can see the proper logs in HOOBS UI, but there is no action on controlled device. In that case, bridge restart helps to get a proper device & plugin behaviour.
So, my suggestion is:
— add opportunity to setup autorestart/autoreboot not for whole service, but for specific bridge where device is running.
